LiftPace is an independent collection of 10 free fitness and training calculators. Free fitness and training calculators that run entirely in your browser.

What we do

We build fast, genuinely-working calculators for the everyday questions in training and nutrition — how many calories you need, how to split your macros, what your one-rep max is, how fast you'd run a marathon. Every tool implements a standard, published formula and shows that formula right on the page, so you can see exactly how the answer was reached.

How we work

There is no app, no account and no upload. Each calculator runs entirely in your browser and stores nothing. We document every equation and its source on our methodology page, and we keep the site static so it loads instantly.
